South New Castle Borough Code Enforcement is now being handled by the Shenango Township  Code Enforcement Department. Complaints can be filed to the office by calling 724-658-9940. Please provide the following information to the department:

• Your name
• address/location of the complaint
• Name of property owner (if know)
• Complaint

Please be aware that the Code Enforcement can be slow and tedious, as officers have to schedule hearings in front of the District Magistrate, and allow time for the violation to be corrected.
